The IMBuildings Moodbox is the perfect solution to quickly capture feedback in busy or sensitive environments.
Using LoRaWAN® technology, the IMBuildings feedback terminal connects to a LoRaWAN® gateway which then transmits recorded data by a local LoRaWAN® network. The Moodbox can be configured to transmit data by the following settings:
- Transmit at specific intervals
- Transmit on specific event (for example every 10 pushes)
- Anti Spam delay time
- Heartbeat
With support for multiple payload options, the IMBuildings Moodbox feedback terminal can be easily integrated to existing customer feedback solutions.
