How to Request Support from Alliot Technologies
Technical support is available on all hardware and software purchased from us.
We operate a best-effort service and will always aim to respond within 4 working hours of receipt of a support request. Our support desk operates between 9 am and 5:30 pm UK time, Monday to Friday, excluding public bank holidays.
All Technical support requests should be made through our online support system. In order to access the system, you will need to create an account, this is a simple, automated process.
Once an IoT support request has been raised, you can usually expect a response from one of our engineers within 4 hours.
Accessing Alliot’s Payload Decoder Repository
If you have puchased sensors from us and would like to decode the payload of your devices, we have our own payload decoder repository.
Our Payload Decoder Repository hosts an extensive list of decoders for many of the devices we supply making it simple for you to add new devices to your IoT projects.

Remote Installation Assistance
Popular with many large scale deployments, our remote installation service can be pre-booked ahead of you arriving on site. Designed to give you peace of mind, this service gives you access to remote support from one of our in-house engineers who will be on hand to ensure your install goes as smoothly as possible.
For ad-hoc installation support, we will attempt to assist you in-line with our after sales technical support service level. Any costs incurred from this support service will be discussed at the point of contact.
Remote Installation of Software
We offer remote installation services for software purchased through Alliot Technologies. This includes software such are LoRaWAN® network servers which you may want to host on-premise or on your own cloud platform.
Remote Device Setup
Looking to add devices to your existing LoRaWAN® network? We can help you integrate any device purchased from us. We may also be able to assist with devices purchased elsewhere – get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Product Recommendation & Solution Design

Pre-Quote Planning Service
We offer a professional service at the pre-quote stage to plan your project, refine the requirements and recommend the best hardware & software to meet your needs. This is all provided in a customised, easy to follow report ready to scale and deliver.
Radio Surveys & Installation Planning
Radio surveys are invaluable in ensuring adequate coverage is available for your LoRaWAN® IoT solutions. We offer radio surveys for sites of any size; from a single building, to a whole city, we’re here to help.
We also offer a sensor installation planning service to help ensure you’re purchasing the right sensors for your application. This helps to ensure the installation engineer has the relevant information to complete the install quickly and smoothly.
Gateways play a critical role in LoRaWAN® solutions. Outdoor gateways in particular can be more complex to install with many requiring the use of specialist safety equipment. We offer a gateway installation service throughout the UK. This service is performed by our network of qualified, experienced installer partners.
On-Site Sensor Installation
We can arrange for an engineer to visit a site or number of sites throughout the UK to install the majority of the sensors we supply. Talk to us to find out more.
Ideal for those who would like to enhance their support packages, we offer annual support contracts which offer a guaranteed response time.
Silver Support Contract – £5200.00 Per Year
Online support with a 4 hour guaranteed initial response time (subject to Alliot Technologies Business Hours).
Gold Support Contract – £10,500.00 Per Year
Online support and dedicated phone line with a 2 hour guaranteed initial response time (subject to Alliot Technologies Business Hours).
