In our existing portfolio, we offer private LoRaWAN servers in two distinct styles, each with flexible pricing methods:
Requirements: Purchase and deploy a gateway, purchase a LoRaWAN network server instance, host and maintain the instance.

Considerations: Higher upfront costs, need for skilled employees to manage the server, and additional hosting costs.

Benefits: With Alliot hosting and maintaining the network server, your team is relieved of this burden.
Considerations: Incurs a monthly fee for hosting and maintenance services.

Our new product, NetMore Public Coverage and LoRaWAN Server, aims to lower the barriers to deploying IoT solutions. This service is billed on a per sensor model annually, making it a cost-effective option for your IoT deployments.
Extensive Coverage: Already has a large amount of coverage in the UK, Ireland, and other countries. If you want to deploy an IoT solution, coverage is likely already available. This eliminates the need to purchase and deploy a gateway.
Cost Savings: Since the network server is already running, there is no need to buy an instance. Additionally, as a public network server, the monthly cost is lower than that of a private network server.
Simplified Deployment: Reduces the complexity and costs associated with setting up and maintaining a private server.
Shared Costs: The costs of attaching sensors to the network server are considerably lower as they are shared among a greater number of sensors within the public domain.
NetMore has already been chosen and delivered large water metering projects on their network. Yorkshire Water has selected NetMore as the LoRaWAN Network Server to connect to Yorkshire Water Services in the UK for all new housing developments. Additionally, NetMore has been granted a place on the framework for the rollout of smart meters across the Yorkshire region, covering up to 360,000 households.
1.3 million water meters: Netmore has already been selected to exchange up to 1.3 million water meters across the Yorkshire region.
LoRaWAN network: The meters will connect to Netmore’s LoRaWAN network to deliver Data-as-a-Service to Yorkshire Water.
Contract duration: The contract will initially be for 5 years, with data services for the meters installed up to 2045.
Leakage reduction: The initial smart metering program launched in 2022 has already helped Yorkshire Water deliver the first 500,000 litres of leakage reduction.
Service improvements: The program aims to provide service improvements, enhanced customer support, and usage efficiencies
We understand that some customers may have concerns about using a public LoRaWAN network server. Rest assured, LoRaWAN is secure by design. All packets of data need to be decoded, ensuring that your data remains protected. The NetMore LoRaWAN Network Server is a tenanted server, which means that data is separated and only accessible through your specific login. This ensures that, although on a public server, your data is secure and private.
NetMore also offers a basic application server and dashboard. This means that all the reseller needs to think about are the sensors required to collect the data. The application server allows for data visualization and the use of APIs or webhooks to alert or automate responses. This is particularly useful for applications such as Legionnaire protection, energy monitoring, and air quality control.
