Managing Director
Craig is a self-confessed radio fanatic. Early in his career, he began working with Wi-Fi, which fueled his passion for point-to-point and multipoint links, as well as his appreciation for the low latency and speed at which data could be delivered. Over the years, this passion grew, leading Craig and other founding members of Alliot Technologies to LPWAN.
With over 10 years of experience in the technology sector, Craig spent seven years as Sales Director for our sister company, ProVu Communications, where he played a pivotal role in growing the group’s companies and developing both businesses. In January 2025, he was appointed Managing Director of Alliot and is now focused on leading the strategic development and growth of the business.
When not working, Craig can be found competing in obstacle course racing events, water skiing, or camping with his wife, three children, and Luna the dog in and around Essex.

In his spare time, Guy can be found enjoying spending time at home with his family. A keen sports fan, Guy enjoys playing tennis and golf though most other sports activities are more armchair based. Also a keen music fan, he likes to get to see live music as often as possible.
Technical Director
Paul is one of the founders of Alliot, having been a technical lead with its sister company, ProVu, since 2005.
Growing up in the ’80s during the home computing boom, he became interested in computers, electronics, technology, and programming at an early age, first experimenting with the BASIC language on a Sinclair ZX Spectrum. This passion led Paul to pursue a path through education, culminating in a BSc in Computer Science from Lancaster University.
During his time with ProVu Communications, he was instrumental in the adoption of SIP Voice-over-IP technology, which is now ubiquitous in the telecoms world.
In the mid-2000s, Paul began experimenting with home control and low-power radio modules before LoRaWAN existed. This early exploration contributed to the establishment of Alliot Technologies and its focus on low-power radio technologies such as LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, and LTE-M.
Outside of work, Paul can either be found in the garage restoring old Volkswagens, at a racing circuit driving old Volkswagens, or spending time with his family.
