Details Additional Info Data Sheet
Decentlab's surface temperature sensor uses LoRaWAN® technology to measure thermal energy with great accuracy. Enabling remote temperature monitoring, the surface temperature sensor is ideal for applications such as; road surface monitoring, ice warnings and smart agriculture. With an adjustable measuring area, users can alter the area based on the distance between the target and sensor lens:
| Distance | Measuring Spot Diameter |
| 100 mm | 11.6 mm |
| 400 mm | 26.7 mm |
| 1000 mm | 76.5 mm |
| 2000 mm | 160 mm |
| 5000 mm | 409 mm |
Sensor data is transmitted at configurable intervals via LoRaWAN® which is then sent to a compatible gateway over a range of up to 10 km.
