The Milesight UC512 Solenoid Valve Controller is a rugged, specialised IoT device engineered for the remote control and scheduling of solenoid valves in water and fluid management systems. Designed for maximum longevity, the UC512 uses high-capacity, replaceable Li-SOCl₂ batteries to provide an industry-leading lifespan of up to 10 years, ensuring reliable, autonomous operation with minimal maintenance intervention.

Leveraging the energy-efficient LoRaWAN® protocol, the UC512 ensures robust, long-range wireless connectivity across large agricultural fields, remote public works, and utility networks. It provides two solenoid valve outputs for controlling DC latching valves and includes two GPIO interfaces (Digital Inputs) for connecting flow meters or other sensors. This dual functionality allows for precise control of water flow and simultaneous monitoring of water consumption.

The UC512 is built to withstand the harshest elements, featuring an IP68-rated enclosure and robust M12 connectors that guarantee complete protection against dust and prolonged water submersion. This smart device transmits valve status, battery health, and flow data to a connected LoRaWAN® gateway. Remote control commands for opening or closing valves are managed through your chosen cloud platform via a LoRaWAN® network server.
