Product Description

The Milesight Smart Fan Coil Thermostat WT30x series is an advanced touch screen room thermostat, offering access to parameters such as system mode, fan mode and temperature set points. Valves and auxiliary electric heaters can be controlled using a relay or contactor system switch controlled by the thermostat. It can be used in a variety of building applications, including hotels, schools and offices.

Ideal for a wide range of applications, including:

• Hotels & Hospitality: Ideal for guest rooms, lobbies, and conference rooms where energy savings and remote management are critical.
• Commercial Offices: Suitable for managing, monitoring, and scheduling HVAC systems across multiple zones to match working hours and reduce energy consumption.
• Schools & Educational Campuses: Enables centralised control of classroom temperatures, improving comfort and energy efficiency.
• Residential Apartments & Buildings: Used as a modern, wall-mounted controller for 2-pipe or 4-pipe HVAC systems.
• Advanced BMS Integration: The WT304 supports 0–10V proportional valves, making it ideal for sophisticated Building Management Systems (BMS) that require smooth modulation and high-efficiency HVAC performance.

Recorded data is transmitted over a LoRaWAN® network, helping to secure any privacy concerns. Based on the standard LoRaWAN® protocol, the WT30X connects to a LoRaWAN® gateway and can then be visualised by your preferred dashboard or through Milesight's IoT Cloud.
