The Wattsense Box combines the functionality of a gateway, PLC, modem and edge device. This remotely managed device can be accessed from anywhere by an intuitive subscription-based web interface which includes a Mini-BMS. Through the Mini-BMS, you can better understand your buildings using schematics, graphs and alarms. Through the Wattsense cloud service, you can:

This interoperable cloud-based device makes IoT for Building Management simple. Compliant with BACS/EPBD requirements, the Wattsense Box enables you to access data from LoRaWAN sensors through the in-built LoRaWAN to BACnet gateway. Additional benefits of the Wattsense Box include:

There are two versions of the Wattsense system available; the Box is a centrally managed device you can configure and maintain over the internet using Wattsense’s cloud platform. The Hub is a stand-alone device that does not need an internet connection and has to be managed over a USB cable.
