Discover reliable, intelligent emergency lighting for potentially explosive environments with the HBI Series 800 ATEX. Designed for demanding industrial environments where flammable gases or combustible dust may be present, the Series 800 ATEX combines robust emergency illumination with LoRa connectivity for remote monitoring and management.
Engineered for safety-critical applications, the Series 800 ATEX range provides dependable escape route illumination while helping organisations simplify the management and maintenance of emergency lighting. Its rugged construction, IP66 ingress protection and IK08 impact resistance make it particularly well suited to challenging industrial environments.
The Series 800 ATEX range supports hazardous areas including Gas Zones 1 and 2 and Dust Zones 21 and 22. Available as Low Bay emergency lighting, High Bay emergency lighting and an illuminated Exit Sign, the range can support different emergency lighting requirements across industrial sites.
Example installation environments include:
Reduce unnecessary maintenance visits with integrated LoRa connectivity and automated testing capabilities. The Series 800 ATEX features a LoRa node and AutoTest (ATS), enabling emergency lighting status and test information to form part of a remotely managed lighting system. This can help facilities teams identify issues and maintain digital records without relying solely on regular physical inspections.
Improve visibility of your emergency lighting infrastructure with connected monitoring and automated testing. By combining ATEX-rated construction, a dedicated emergency battery pack and LoRa connectivity, the Series 800 ATEX provides a robust solution for organisations operating in safety-critical and potentially explosive environments.
The HBI Series 800 ATEX is available in three configurations, allowing emergency lighting to be selected according to the installation environment. The range includes dedicated Low Bay and High Bay emergency lights alongside an Exit Sign with a 24-metre reading distance.
