WATTECO's BOB Assistant industrial vibration sensor is specially designed for smart machine monitoring. This turnkey device offers a powerful wireless sensor with embedded artificial intelligence. Ideal for a range of applications, the BOB Assistant applies analysis algorithms embedded in its sensor to understand and monitor your equipment. Equipped with an integrated motion sensor, this industrial vibration sensor can identify faults and potential failures in your machinery. Through the use of artificial intelligence, the BOB Assistant is adaptable to learn different modes of operation in machinery. For equipment with several operating modes BOB can adapt to the changes in operation. The BOB Assistant industrial vibration sensor sends summary reports every 6 hours via LoRaWAN®. If the sensor identifies any anomalies it will send an alert immediately enabling you to act quickly and prevent failures, reduce downtime and save money.
